How to Order
You may order online with your credit card 24 hours a day. Internet access, a valid email address and telephone number are required.
We do not share your information, ever. Orders are processed in the order received and usually ships within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Please see our shipping policy for more information.
Occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock. We will e-mail you if this occurs.
International Orders: Due to restraints beyond our control, we are not able to fulfill international orders from our website at this time.
We can ship most orders to APO/FPO addresses.
No minimum order required.
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards for telephone and online orders. If you are ordering by mail, please make checks or money orders payable to “Always Charming.” Personal and business checks are accepted but will delay your order 7-10 days pending clearance from the bank.
Orders over $25.00 are shipped FREE via USPS First Class Mail.
Orders under $25.00 are shipped via USPS First Class Mail for a fee of $2.95 or you may choose to upgrade to Priority shipping.
First Class Mail usually takes between 3-10 days depending on the destination. Should you require quicker delivery, you may upgrade your shipping choice to Priority Mail (2-3 days to most destinations) for $6.00. Please choose Priority as your shipping choice in the shopping cart.
Expedited delivery service is available and quoted upon request. Orders to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii may require additional shipping. Adjusted orders will not be shipped without your final approval.
Estimated delivery date is determined by USPS time in transit charts and cannot be considered a guarantee.
Orders cannot be canceled or edited after processing for shipment. If your order has already been processed for shipment, your return will be subject to our return policy.
Use the comment area on the order form for any special requests or to specify size and color when applicable.
Michigan sales tax of 6% will be added to purchases delivered to a Michigan address.
Please read carefully and make sure you understand this policy.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Always Charming proudly stands behind the products that we sell. If you are not completely satisfied you may return your UNWORN jewelry to Always Charming within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to exchange it or refund your money.

Returns must be made in the original packaging (plastic bags, boxes, etc.) and re-packaged to ensure their safety during shipment. Loose items, or those damaged due to improper shipping for return will not be accepted for refund
or replacement. We recommend that you insure your return package. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise. Please make sure that you take the time to securely wrap your returned merchandise and include a copy of your receipt along with a note explaining why you are returning it. All returns must be postage paid.

Defective Merchandise Returns:
- Merchandise is warranted by Always Charming for 1 year from date of purchase.
- Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the exact same item.
- Shipping for returns is your responsibility, however, in nearly every case, when your return is due to defective merchandise for exchange, your shipping costs will be reimbursed.
- Always Charming makes every effort to be fair with everyone and respond in good faith. Occasionally we have a customer that is disingenuous and seems to go out of their way to take advantage of honest merchants. Some of our policy has evolved to help protect us, and you, from unfair customers. The overwhelming majority, 99.9%+, of our customers are a joy to work with and we look forward to serving your jewelry and gift needs and pledge to do our very best to make you happy every time.
